How to divide (split) 1 post into multiple pages with Wordpress

If you want to divide 1 post into multiple pages , you will be able to do it very easy with WordPress.
It is very simple way. So, you can do it only by input the following key words to where you want to divide 1 post.

In fact, I also have several pages of this post.(No sense in all pages.)
For example, I divided this post into several pages. (All pages mean nothing. )
You can display Pages navigation menu only by input the following PHP code to where you want to display.
If you set nothing, WordPress will display default Pages navigation menu at buttom of page.
